Every BigTag is personalized and embroidered to order in Edmonton, Alberta.

Please allow up to 10 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping times below are in addition to production time.

CANADA 🇨🇦

FREE Standard Shipping

Standard shipping within Canada is FREE and is generally sent by Canada Post Lettermail.

Please allow approximately 5–8 business days after your order ships for delivery.

Standard Lettermail does not include tracking.

Need it faster? Faster and tracked shipping options are available for an additional charge at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL 🌎

BigTags ships to many international destinations outside Canada.

International orders are shipped through Canada Post. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.

Please note: We currently do not ship to the United States.
